100% Biodegradable Viscose

Reducing the impact on the environment is really important to us. Aqua Clean wipes are made from, sustainably sourced and naturally derived, 100% biodegradable viscose. Unlike other wipes on the market our wipes will degrade over time and reduce impact on future generations. We believe due to the widespread use of baby wipes this is a significant step in the right direction as we continue to strive to improve our wipes and packaging.

Plastic-Free Wipes

The impact of microplastics to our oceans and lands is catastrophic and it is clear that we need to do our best to change our direction. Whilst researching and developing Aqua Clean wipes we were shocked to find that 90% of the wipes that are used by parents across the world contain plastic. This means that millions of wipes containing plastic were being dumped into our landfills, oceans yearly, and since none of them were plastic free and biodegradable they are evidently polluting our planet and harming our wildlife.

99% Purified Water

Aqua Clean wipes are soft as cotton, perfume free and suitable to use from birth. Aqua Clean wipes are mild and safe to use on face and hands and are free from parabens, alcohol and chlorine. Instead, we looked for the cleanest, purest ingredient to use in our wipes as alternatives to the chemicals used in standard wipes, and we thought to ourselves, "what could possibly be more pure than water?" We then worked on implementing ways to use water in our product and we succeeded! Hence, our wipes are now 99% pure water.

At Aqua Clean our mission has been to create the safest, most effective wipes for both our children and planet. We researched hundreds of solutions and didn't compromise on our goals to make sure we got to the perfect product. We can now proudly say that we are a part of a small, elite group of businesses who's goal it is to create efficient, eco-friendly products and services to fulfil our everyday needs.

We began by finding solutions for wipes which were suitable for babies with sensitive skin whilst still being effective. We started off by finding alternatives to ingredients such as alcohol, parabens & chemicals and we can proudly say that our wipes are now 100% alcohol-free, paraben-free and chemical-free.

Whilst creating this product we also came to discover that 90% of wipes in the UK alone contained plastic and other materials which were harming our planet. Millions of disposed wipes were being dumped into our landfills, and oceans yearly, and since none of them were biodegradable they were evidently polluting our planet and harming our wildlife. So once again, we got to work on finding alternatives for plastic which were suitable to use.

When we found the solution, we combined our work & lo and behold, we present to you the perfect wipes. Free from harmful chemicals, alcohols, and parabens, whilst being 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly. Not only are our wipes saving our planet, but in turn the future and skin of our children is also being protected.
